Viva Aviva Maxi Dress flawed

Purple and black polychiffon (100% Polyester). Maxi. Short sleeves. V-neckline. Back zipper closure. Fully lined. 56" from shoulder to hemline. Flawed. Dress has a rip on the side seam near the bottom Also Has pulling on a seam on back left waist. And a not so great repair on front right waist seam. See last photos.I believe they can be repaired. I’ve priced accordingly. Size 6.
