Vivian Chan Mint Green Shorts size Small

Beautifully made Vivian Chan mint high waisted shorts in a nicely weighted cotton size Small. Waist measurement is about 13.5”. I think it fits like a size 0 or 2. It has these beautiful sheer panels in the front that act as pockets. Same style As seen on Wendy’s lookbook. I wore this style once (see photos).
