Apparently you don't know what NWOT means,it means the item is new, never used, it just doesn't have the tags with it. I can clearly see where the lace front on the wig has been cut, I'd be interested except for the false advertising and the fact that I have no idea if the cut lace will match MY hairline, versus who ever has been wearing this wig. It's not new.
