Vivien Ramsay Silk Jacket in Olive Tie Dye

Gorgeous lightweight 100% silk jacket by cult lingerie designer Vivien Ramsay. Known for dying her pieces by hand using all natural plant-based dyes, each piece is a unique work of art. Her designs have been carried by heavyweight independent design retailers such as Garmentory and ABC Carpet & Home in NYC. This jacket has some surprising details that make it quite special, such as a small inner pocket, contrast stitching on the under-collar and shaping details, and an inner cotton ribbon at the waist which ties around in front like a belt (see photos) and cinches in the back waistline. The tie dye colors are reminiscent of camouflage - olive green, blue and white, an unexpected contrast to the delicate nature of the material. The result is equal parts tough and tender. Beautiful as daywear, as a layering piece, and also as a lingerie robe/cover-up that pairs perfectly with her line of intimate apparel. There is no size listed, but I am a size 4, for reference. I think it would work best for xs-s or sizes 2-4. Excellent used condition.
