Size 4. approx: 13.5 "waist * Shirring detail on neckline and just above waist. Fully lined. Side zip closure. * 36 inches from shoulder to hem. * Very minor dotting on bottom of dress, near front hem (see pictures). Otherwise in excellent condition.
