Vivienne Tam dress, size small

Small Vivienne Tam dress with blousy, dolman 3/4 sleeved top, stretchy form fitting skirt. Red/purple patterned fabric appliquéd to the top, which drapes nicely, then transitions to a tight skirt. The waist is high, at the natural waist, and measures 13.5” flat. The thicker, stretchy skirt material starts at the waist, and this is the unstretched measurement. The skirt length is 21”.
