1998 . are you kidding me ? this is for mens but because it has shorter sleeves and slim fitting I personally believe it fits women better :) oldest item I've ever had easily . this is an artifact, I can't believe it has survived for over 25 years . velcro straps around the shoulders . total bondage / sedinatries style . I met w/ a really cool collector last week that has given me his collection that he has collected for over 30 years ! epic items from New York and Tokyo . search "finalboss Mykel" to see his items . the tag is so old ive never seen it before .
