caitiefried @ambersheldon I added images with measurements and interior without insole. Just over 3.5in. at widest part of forefoot, about 2.5in. at heel. There seems to be a soft fabric sole below the insole, so I don't see why you couldn't wear them without the thermal insoles.

caitiefried @ambersheldon The forefoot was a little tight for me, but I have a very wide forefoot. It may have stretched enough for me if it was long enough, but they were simply too short length-wise.
