V-neck Cinched Waist Dress

V neck, with adjustable tie waist to confirm to your silhouette. Size 2, but runs big, could fit a size 4 or 6 depending. Material is a heavier fabric. Minor piling, very faint discoloration on backside of dress (see pic for ref), should be out with quick stain remover/wash. Selling ‘as is,’ runs big on me. The color is a ‘stunner’ in a happy sort of way 😊.
