V-neck orange and black dress

This dress is a few years old. It’s really in great shape except for I did find the small snag that I tried to take a picture of. I’m not sure you would even see it if you had it on.overlay with slip. I feel like it it might run large as it says it’s a small and I’m not a small and I warn this. I’d say med.
