V-neck shirt with tie back at waist

This shirt is too cute! A great blend of brown, beige and light blue, with flirty slightly ruffled accents on the little sleeves and bottom. Ties back just under bust to accentuate your goods! 😋💜 goes great with jeans, or a white skirt, so it can be dressed up or down. I liked wearing a brown braided-cord neckace with it.
