Cute and unique printed top with velveteen mandarin collar and velveteen band at waist. Decorative "belt buckle"-type accent at waist. This top is a bit long, with the band hitting at waist or just under the bust, depending on torso length. Petite L and could fit an XL. Fabric has stretch.
