Vntg 1930's Bezalel Yemenite Sterling Silv Brooch

Sterling silver: numerical mark on a small plate on the back (23.10925) that ends in 925. No idea what the 1st half of the # means. Beautiful spun wire filigree & stud design. G-curl pin latch. Weighs 10g. Point-point: 1 3/4", flat-flat: 1 9/16". Info on this came from research & comparing it (style, clasp, construction, etc.) to other pieces found online.
