Super cute Brand new without tags Vintage 90s/2000s/ Y2K Moe White Skirt. This skirt is 100% cotton and is a short skater style mini skirt. There are frayed pleats at the bottom and pockets in the front on both sides. Lost the tag, but this skirt has never been worn. Perfect condition. Size 9.
