Vntg? Lee Kee Tokyo New York Messenger - Needs TLC

Lee Kee Tokyo New York Messenger Black leather? I believe its vintage, but it has PLASTIC snaps, so its can't be THAT vintage, right? I know of a Lee Kee Kyoto who was a high end maker of purses and men's shoes from the 1950s- 1970's. I didn't think they made it to he 1990s , 2000's when plastic snaps were in use. I don't know. This bag looks old EXCEPT for the plastic snaps. Condition: low good. It needs cleaning and there is cracks and tears in the material. See pics.
