@fancy_momma0712 its kinda hard to measure bc its so flowy. Its made to drape so its smaller at top around the shoulders and bust then flares out at the bottom. The inside measurements from on the back of the garment measures from armpit to armpit 19" across the back where your lower shoulder blades would be. The length from the top of the back collar to the end of the vest (not including the 5" fringe) is 29".

@fancy_momma0712 it is made to be worn longer. I will have my daughter take a pic wearing it when she gets home from school. She's 5'5". That way you can see how it looks worn!
