Morning,
I've historical, and material used info for this vintage, double handle, Kelly-style (not the Hermes type handbag) which the late Grace Kelly also used.
The actual time period for this handbag is between 65' and 69'. As to the body of the pocketbook, unless there is a tag or stamped marking denoting patent leather, its not. Given this is smoother and highly reflective, its patent vinyl. Patent leather is not as smooth nor as reflective in nature.

By the way, the name Vogue was not that of the maker of purses, it was the name of the company that made zippers and frames used in making bags of all types.
Anyway, I take there are no cracks, splits, worn corners, etc... especially cracks in the patent vinyl near and or under the hinge points where the frame comes together - particularly in the deep folds of the patent vinyl. Cracks in these areas when a handbag with a frame is put up closed and then age and times causes the
