@gigiex Hi Gigi! I received a notification from Posh that my payment had failed for the purchase of these sunglasses, apparently purchased during a show? I’m sorry, but I can’t understand how this purchase was made as I don’t believe I was even in your show. A similar problem happened at the end of Jan. I was notified of a purchase I had supposedly made during another show. The purchase was over $1,000!

@gigiex (Part 2)As PM (unbelievably) won’t honor the cancellation & seller’s attitude was “sorry about your luck”, I’ve had to dispute and cancel the CC on file. Hence the reason my payment was declined. The bigger problem is how this is happening to begin with! Obviously, not blaming you for this, but seriously concerned about PM CS. @kathym_4061 you’re not the first person to make an accidental purchase on a live!!! I think that Poshmark needs to make it harder or you need to confirm before the bid is placed because the immediately charge you if you hit bid you could’ve accidentally swiped through and hit it, but I think any seller that wouldn’t cancel an accidental order is just straight up dishonest and a scammer!

@kathym_4061 2/ It’s very easy for a seller to cancel an order, and there is no penalty on my end for canceling it. so if for any reason it does go through I will cancel it immediately and not ship the item! I’m so sorry this happened!😭😭 maybe if enough people contact support about it they’ll eventually change it

48 hours after the “sale”‘had been made. After catching my breathI sent her a message w/the response she had gone above & beyond by notifying me at all, the resolution being “you are getting a beautiful coat & can reposh”. I sent many more messages to PM, with responses in the negative I’m really 🤬😡😡 that there is no support. I have a boutique on PM, buying from PM “wholesale”. I will no longer support a company that basically supports criminal behavior
