This Voir Collection blouse is size XL and a unique print. It is stretchy. The design is blue, gray & white dots in swirl patterns on black background. This blouse is stunning. It looks fantastic with a suit and can be dressed down with jeans as well. I’m only parting with it because I lost weight and it doesn’t fit anymore. Please see pictures first measurements.
