conval1000 @godsgirl4evr I believe this is how the payment would work. If you puchase it now for $9, you get the $.99 shipping. I ship your package tomorrow and and the payment is transfered after you receive and like the item. So in order to get the discounted shipping and the $9 rate it would have to be purchased before the end of the shipping deal, which is tonight.
