Volcom Frochickie Dress Size 3 Sweetheart neckline with crossover pleated bust Adjustable straps that can be removed to wear strapless Stretchy/elastic in the back at the very top 97% Cotton 3% Elastane Excellent condition! Rarely worn- maybe once or twice. My bust is 32" not sure I would recommend going any larger than 32" Last picture is a stock photo to give an idea of how the dress fits.
