Volcom floral ruffle skirt

Love this skirt! Great pattern, great shape, still in great condition. It's a nice flows material, not sheer at all. Waist is elastic, very comfortable fit. Laying flat the waist measures 14" across, and 13.5" in length, perfect mini length. I always wore it an inch or two below my natural waist.
