Vonda Leopard Maxi

This dress is NWT, it features a halter top and back tie. It is a beautiful empire waist make with a tiered skirt. The back is completely open but the top can be adjusted via the neck and back ties. This dress is a size large but would be best on a medium or for someone with a smaller chest, thus dress does not stretch but is pretty roomy.
