jasontsvb I understand the hat is L/XL. What I want to know is if the person who owned/wore it also owns or knows what size fitted hat they wear??

aliciahassler @jasontsvb I originally bought it for myself, then never wore it. Just never wore hats. I do not know what size I wear because of this and haven’t tried it on since I bought it. Is there an easy way to find out? At that time I didn’t even know size mattered in hats. But I would be happy to try to help if I can.

jasontsvb @aliciahassler thank you for fast reply. Different brands have different sizes, so adidas L/XL fits me fine, but Kangol L/XL is to small. This is why I asked. I’ll reply back if I can find a way to measure hat to determine if it’ll fit. Thanks again

jasontsvb @aliciahassler okay, what I found makes measuring sound easy. The 2 measurements I need; the inside band (lowest part just above eyebrows all way around and across middle of back of head). The outside left vertical seam next to embroidered name Von Zipper. Thank you for your help, patience, and time.

aliciahassler @jasontsvb looks like approximately 11” from inner front center to inner back center and the vertical seam is 3”. Does that sound anywhere near correct?

jasontsvb @aliciahassler the 3” does for the height, but is the 11” straight across from front to back, or all the way around the inside lower part??

jasontsvb @aliciahassler my apologies I just reread your message. You need to measure all the way around the inside lower part. If you only have a ruler or a regular tape measure that does not bend, you can use a piece of string, shoelace, belt to wrap around the inside and then measure it
