Voom by Joy Han Boucle Sequin Bodycon Dress with Lace Panel

This was a hand-me-down that was gently worn probably only a few times at most. Unfortunately, it's a bit too short for me, so I suspect this might be juniors' sizing? Would be great for a winter/holiday party for a petite lady. Nice forgiving stretchy material, almost a sweater-y material. Armpit to armpit measures approx. 13" Waist seam measures approx 11" flat; I can easily pull the waist to about 15" but not sure if this would be comfortably worn. Shoulder to waist seam length is ~13" Waist seam to bottom hem is ~20" Total length from shoulder seam to bottom hem is approx 33"
