Only altered in the chest. I'm a 36DD, so should still be plenty big enough for 36 and smaller band sizes. Length unaltered (I am 5'10" and wore this dress with 2" heels). Buttons down the back, side zipper, built-in cups.

No ma'am, I am in TN. The only alteration to the dress was in the chest. I am a 36DD and the bust was too large. This is the version of the dress with buttons down the back (I believe they also make it without buttons).
