Voyage Boutique unique polyester top

Navy blue top that is very unique and stretchy like a slinky with gray hardware balls on collar and sleeves. The bottom pictures show the best color of a navy blue hue. The pit to pit is approximately 20 inches and the length is approximately 29 inches. There is no size tag.
