mssjm24 @mandawaggs hi! I received the hoodie. There are several stains and piling. There are also some missing sequins. Would you be able to give me a partial refund if I keep it?

mandawaggs @mssjm24 wow, when I looked it over I did not even see those I don’t know how. I would have not sold it to you if so. Yes I will absolutely do a partial refund if you would like and again I am SO sorry. I grabbed it and looked at it in the car so I must have missed it. :(

mandawaggs @mssjm24 I’m not totally sure how it works. How about I refund everything but shipping? You can just keep it because I feel terrible that I missed those. Like really terrible girl, I’m sorry!

mandawaggs @mssjm24 the only way I know how to do a refund is when it’s shipped back. 🥲 I would definitely contact posh and see what they say. Maybe screenshot our convo here and show it to them if they need. If we need I’m happy to just refund everything I’d that’s the only way they can do it. Again I feel terrible.

mssjm24 @mandawaggs hi! I just wanted to say thank you for your honesty! I’ve received items from other sites with stains and the seller will tell me they weren’t there when they sent the item to me and they act like it’s my fault. But you were nice and understanding about it so I really appreciate it. Also thanks for letting me keep it as well! I’m going to work on it with some stain removers and probably some bleach. My mom told me to try peroxide too. I never even thought about that. Thanks again!
