Vtg. 1960's Cathy Sue Women's Sz. M Pastel Plaid Circle Skirt Dress is in gently used condition. This dress does not have a belt with it. Beautiful plaid made of yellow/blue and pink. 1/4 buttons up the front and has shoulder pads. White collar with floral applique at the edge. White cuffs and has an elastic waist band.
