Vtg 1980s Gloria Vanderbilt Cobalt Blue Double Breasted Stripe Blouse 44 2X

Cobalt blue double breasted button up blouse with stripe textured fabric, from Gloria Vanderbilt. Vintage circa the 1980s. Good condition with a spot in the fabric under the collar, I have not attempted to remove but looks like it will come out in the wash - see photos for detail.
