Vtg 50s Bubble Hem Ruched Cocktail Dress Emerald Red Rose Accents Size 0 2 4 Prom Wasp Waist This dress is stunning!!! Taffeta material. Vibrant emerald green, with large red rose accents around the hem. Side zipper. No tag, could be hand made? Extremely well made. Skirt part isn’t lined. I showed it with a crinoline underneath. Will need a slip. Has a few tiny areas that look mended. Please look at the pictures because they are negligible! I believe there is some seam allowance, if you want to adjust the dress in anyway. No staining, yellowing or any major flaws! Measures: 36” around then bust, 24” around the high waist(top of ribcage), 28” at natural waist and is 45” long. ALL REASONABLE OFFERS ACCEPTED!!
