Vtg 50s Dress Sz 9 24in Waist Pink Lace Satin Bow Crop Bolero Jacket Croquette

1283-0 Vntg 50's Satin Dress PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR DETAILS, MEASUREMENTS and/or FLAWS DESCRIPTION: This was my mother's wedding "Going Away" dress in 1957. Worn once. Vintage Pink Lace overlaid on satin with satin banded empire waist. Shift bodycon form fitted dress with cropped satin lined bolero jacket. Satin bow details on bolero and 3/4 sleeves. Vintage label says Size 9. Lots of darts, in dress and bolero, for a very figure form fit. Measurements are approximate, no stretch in material, 24in Waist, 32 bust with guessing the breast cup size C/D. Mom was busty with a tiny waist. All measurements in photos. It has been hemmed 2 inches, to make it 38 inches from shoulder to hem. She was also short. Hem could be let out, but I'm not sure if it would steam out where hemmed, since it has been there for so many years. I fixed a snap that had come loose on the bolero. The split at the dress bottom back is different than any I have seen. It isn't open, it is more pleated. See photos. FLAW(s): No flaws detected, looks and feels brand new. No deterioration in fabric.
