Vintage 60s Red & White Polka Dot Day Dress M-L Lazzaro Mexico. Side ties...tie in front or back. Shoulder pads could be easily removed if desired. 3 button closure on slant at neck. No fabric content tag...probably polyester. Ladies sz M to L...measurements: shoulder-24", bust-40", bottom-64", shoulder to hem-42". My dress form is a sz 8. Made in Mexico by Lazzaro. I hand washed & air dried so ready to wear.
