Vtg 60s navy blue polka dot dress w/ contrasting belt - Handmade

Vintage 1960s era dark blue and white polka dot fabric dress. Long back zipper, short sleeves, tea length midi skirt. There is a contrasting fabric waist tie. No tags as this is a handmade piece, but it is machine washable, with very little stretch. Please Note: There is one small flaw, a snag under the neckline, visible in the final photo. Size Medium.
