Vintage pleated khaki shirt dress or secretary style dress. Definitely 70’s/80’s does 40’s/50’s. Pleated bodice. Missing one button at the neck. Elastic waist and loops for a belt, but has long since lost its belt. Dress does include pockets. Cottagecore vibes.
