Vtg 70s Blue Tunic Smock Top Hygienist Salon Beautician Uniform Pockets Artist

Vintage 1970's blue tunic smock top uniform for a hygienist, salon, beautician, etc. with button  front, and front pockets.  Made by JC Penney From 65% polyester, 35% cotton. The size tag isn't readable. Lying flat it  measures about 20"  armpit to armpit, and  32" long from shoulder to hem. In good vintage condition with no major flaws just light wear and there is one button missing as shown in the pictures. This could also be worn as an artists smock or actually a mini dress if you belted it. Please see pics for details.
