Vtg 70s Daisy Brown Gingham Maxi Wrap Skirt Medium Hippie Granola Style

Vtg 1970s Daisy Brown Gingham Maxi Wrap Skirt.  Size is a vintage size 10.  Skirt would likely not fit a today's size 10 since sizing has changed substantially since the 1970s.  Skirt measures 14" straight across waist, 23" straight across hip and 40" in length.  Skirt is a faux wrap as it does not actually wrap around due to a zipper on the side.  Skirt ties at the side and can be completely unzipped from the top.  There is no brand label or fabric content/care tags. Skirt has been laundered but I think I detect a slight smoke smell.  Skirt was purchased from an estate.
