Measurements- laying flat Bust: 17” Waist: 18”-18.5” Length: i am 5’5” and length hits the ankles Note* this dress has signs of alteration, esp at the bottom hem to shorten the height of the dress. Seems to be homemade but no visual signs of alterations from the outside.
