Vtg 80' 90's Cottage Core Skirt Blouse Set W 24"

Vintage 80's 90's Skirt Blouse Set by Knapp Studio California, made in USA. Fabric is lightweight cool cotton and fabric featured Cabbage Roses. Actual measurements indicate a size 0 or 2, but tagged Large, sizing indicates juniors. SKirt Waist is 12" and stretches to 14" one direction, hips 21" one direction, length 24". Bust 19" Length 21". I bought this for office job in the 80's or early 90's. I was a size 0, 2 or 4 depending on the fit. Shoulderpads can easily be removed.
