Anne Crimmins for UMI Collections dress from 80s or early 90s colorful pattern on top is fully covered in clear sequins that make it sparkle bottom is black in a faux wrap skirt style accent broach at waist 100% silk with polyester lower panels Almost all the sequins are still in place, but a few have come loose near back zipper and front collar (see last 2 pictures).
