Vtg 80s Blue Black Trim Pleated Dress 3-4

Dress by Michael Blair in Blue with black trim crepe-like fabric. Top has long sleeves and shoulder pads. A high neckline with button keyhole, front pleats and extended side detail trimmed in black. Skirt is blue with black top. Has elastic waist and pleats. Overhead entry. No tags present. Unworn with tag but has discoloration on shoulders, sleeves and side, see pics.
