Vtg 80s Lanz Moire drop waist puff sleeve tea

Vintage 1980s black shiny moire printed polyester taffeta with drop waist and short ruched sculptural sleeves. Tea length, is 48” from top of zipper to hem bottom. Missing its ribbon waist tie.
