1980’s New Old Stock Dress by Kwai lan Louis in navy 100% cotton chintz with large scale floral print. Has a mock collar, easy to remove shoulder pads and short cap-like sleeves but not fitted. Front pleats below neck down to fitted basque waist. Pencil skirt with tiered ruffle peplum and back slit. Excellent Condition.
