Vintage 80s neck-bow button-down 100% polyester blouse. Featuring hidden placket, self-tie neck bow, classic ruffled high neck, and ruffles on the cuffs. The fabric, which has no stretch, is semi-sheer. Vtg size 4, will fit modern XS-S. Excellent vintage condition, no flaws. Measures: flat bust- 16”, total length- 22”.
