Vtg 80s Patra Semi Formal Velvet Scallop Wrap Blouse with Rhinestones and Bow Size 15/16.  Inner button along waistline and velcro closure, padded shoulders.  Measures 20" straight across bust, 19" across waist, 25" in length.  Measured while flat and unstretched.  There are some small areas where velvet pile is flattened.
