Vtg 80s Plus Size Stripe Floral Dress 20 1/2

Vintage 1980's shift dress in white with black stripes. Has Puff sleeves that button at the cuff, lightly padded shoulders and draped front overlay at neck/bust area. Bottom is solid black with large orange, blue and white flowers. Overhead entry, back hook & eye. No label tag- 100% Polyester. Belt not included.
