Vintage Alyce designs formal dress. Red, one ruffle shoulder, one sequin strap. Sweetheart neckline. Zip back. Attached crinoline.Floor length. Worn once by my mother to a formal on a cruise in the 80s, stored in a closet in a garment bag ever since. Missing a single sequin is only issue I can find. Non smoking home. Cross posted
