Vtg 80s Ruched Draped Metallic Bodycon Dress S/XS

Vintage 1980s black bodycon dress with blue metallic blue thread throughout. Has boat neckline front and back. Puffed shoulders with light pads. Long sheer, shirred/ruched sleeves. Shirred/ruched body with oval hem and lined in black fabric. No label, content tag present but fabric is a stretchy type.
