Vtg 80s Silky Floral Print Cumberbund Waist Dress S

Dress is blue silky fabric with small floral print throughout. Has long leg of mutton sleeves pleated at the top. A high round neckline and front/back pleated bodice. Fitted cumberband-like waist and straight skirt gathered at the top. Back zipper for entry. No tags present. Excellent condition.
