Vtg 80s black floral skirt - Handmade

Vintage 1980s era unique skirt with zipper back. There are no tags as it's handmade, but the fabric is somewhat thin and slinky, with no stretch. It is machine washable. In great condition. Size 18. Waist 36" Length between 28" - 34"
